Fishbone 2025 Chenin Blanc

Crafted from fruit harvested after a long, dry summer, this Chenin Blanc captures both intensity and elegance in the glass.

TASTING NOTES

Pale straw in colour with a faint lime-green rim, the wine opens with aromas of lightly spiced poached pear and a delicate hint of vanilla bean. On the palate, layers of white fruit flavours unfold, supported by subtle notes of buttered toast and a gentle biscuity edge. Fermented and matured with a touch of oak, it brings added depth and texture while retaining a fresh, vibrant character.

Dry and finely balanced, the wine finishes long and savoury, leaving a lingering impression of orchard fruits and understated oak complexity.

The wine has a great profile to improve with careful cellaring.
