Thank you for visiting the website of Sorgiovanni Family Wines (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). This platform is owned and operated by Fishbone Wines, ABN 65167608951, Liquor License # 602207603315. Fishbone Wines is 100% owned by the Sorgiovanni Family.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and the website’s content (referred to as "Website Content") at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies your acceptance of these updates.
1. Use of the Website
You are permitted to access this site to browse and download content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Purchasing products for resale or commercial use is strictly prohibited unless you have received prior approval to become a stockist. Contact us directly using the provided contact details if you are interested in this arrangement.
We encourage responsible alcohol consumption and moderation. By using our website, you acknowledge and confirm that:
(a) It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to individuals under the age of 18, or to purchase alcohol on their behalf.
(b) You are over 18 years of age and are not purchasing alcohol for someone under 18.
2. Orders and Delivery
You can place orders through our website, by phone, or via email. Each order ("Order") will include the listed price at the time of purchase, along with any applicable delivery fees ("Purchase Price").
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the total Purchase Price when submitting an Order.
A binding agreement for the supply of goods is subject to:
- Compliance with relevant liquor licensing laws,
- Full payment of the Purchase Price, and
- Our acceptance and confirmation of your Order.
If a product is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:
(a) Payment authorisation failure,
(b) Product unavailability, or
(c) Failure to meet eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.
We deliver products within Australia only and do not currently ship internationally.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party services such as Stripe or other providers we may use. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. Payments using American Express or Diners Club must be made via email or phone.
Additional processing fees may apply for credit card transactions, depending on your card provider. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment and personal details you provide. We are not liable for losses due to errors in submitted details or unauthorised credit card use.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be applied at checkout, subject to specific terms outlined for each offer.
4. Risk and Title
Ownership of goods transfers to you upon:
(a) Full payment for the products,
(b) Collection of goods from our Cellar Door in Margaret River or Harvey, WA, or
(c) Delivery of goods to your specified address.
Risk passes to you upon collection or delivery, as applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at wineclub@sorgiovannifamilywines.com.au.
Should we agree to a refund, the Purchase Price (minus any applicable fees) will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the returned product. You may:
(a) Return the product directly to us, or
(b) Arrange for us to collect the product at a mutually convenient time.
Please retain and return all original packaging when initiating a return.
6. Payment Systems
Payments are facilitated through third-party providers. You are responsible for any fees, including those charged by the payment processor or your financial institution. Additional foreign exchange fees may apply if relevant.
Your transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the payment processor.
7. Promotions and Competitions
Specific campaigns, promotions, or contests may have additional terms and conditions. By participating, you agree to those terms, which will take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.
8. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). These guarantees cannot be excluded, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
Other warranties not guaranteed by the ACL are excluded where legally permissible.

We may update, alter, or remove content from our website at any time. While we aim to keep the site functional and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
