Fishbone 2022 Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit is hand picked from young and old vine Fishbone Wilyabrup blocks, and is fermented in a combination of new and old French oak barrels and matured for 15 months.
TASTING NOTES
Dark cherry red rim to the core. Ripe currants and cassis upfront on the nose mildly enhanced by oak derived vanilla on the nose. Dry medium bodied, great fruit intensity of ripe currants dark berry fruits supported by subtle vanilla and toast shape the wine as it courses over the tongue.
