TASTING NOTES
This medium bodied, dry rose presents an array of floral scents and red fruits with a pale pink core to the rim. The lifted perfume of wild strawberries and juniper berries follow with a dry, creamy texture, balance out with a soft acidity on the palate.
WINEMAKING
Handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon & Tempranillo from the Fishbone Estate was whole bunched pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel and briefly matured in seasoned oak.
